MIUI 12.1.4 wlan Connection

hi.
After i update my phone to MIUI 12.1.4 my WLAN connections sometimes fail.

here is the scenerio:
on lte network the openvpn Monitor wotks as aspected.
disconnects after usage etc.
when i come home my Phone trys to connect to
my ssid wlan.
sometimes it failed to connnect. i have to toggle WLAN on/off to get wlan.

i test this issue now over 6 weeks.
3 weeks with running openvpn Monitor
3 weeks with no vpn Client pro running.
no issue after deactivating vpn Client Pro.

what can i try to get rid of this WLAN issue??

I'm sorry but I don't think there is a workaround because the app has no control over the WiFi connection.
The problem must be solved by the MIUI developers.

i know. but maybe some other guys have the same beaheavier or a solution. worth to talk about it i guess.

cool would be a tasker Integration.
when you are inside a gps range then deactivate vpn on demand Monitor when you outside reactivate it
in generell could be very usefull

The integration with Tasker is already implemented.
The plug-in interface allows you to control both VPN connections and auto connect/on demand monitors
