Share VPN connection throught hotspot

Is it possible add for sharing connected-VPN-network by using default hotspot? Or add like this feature

Hello,
sorry but android does not allow sharing VPN with hostspot

Yes, I have read this
But maybe add some feature for running proxy for it. Or something else
