quick tile not working

hi , my Samsung a5 2017 and a7 2017 stock rom android 8 ,
many times to push on button to connect but not working
version 1.0.0.32

I just made some tests about the quick tiles and on my side all works as expected.
Please, try to remove the quick tile and then add it again

how to remove quick tile and add again ? if i 20 times to push connect , just 3 or 4 times working

• expand the notification area

• tap on edit button

• drag the tile on the remove zone

• save the changes

Anyway is very strange because until now you are the only user with this kind of problem.
